刘志勇,男,共产党员,1991年1月生。2022年5月获澳大利亚新南威尔士大学(UNSW)哲学博士学位,现为tyc8722太阳集团城特聘研究员、博士生导师,上海市海外领军人才青年人才,上海市启明星培育人才,国家优秀自费留学生奖学金获得者。主要从事高铁路基工程和土动力学方面的研究,以第一/通讯作者发表高水平SCI论文16篇,主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发子课题、上海市科技项目等纵向课题4项。
