研究成果
研究成果揭示了我国高速铁路、重载铁路和城市轨道交通的钢轨滚动接触疲劳裂纹和磨耗共存发展机理及相互关系;建立了疲劳裂纹与磨耗发展共存预测方法、基于X射线断层扫描的疲劳裂纹检测和预测方法、钢轨打磨特殊型面设计方法等;开发了钢轨非接触式激光三维扫描设备和疲劳裂纹涡流探伤设备;建立并检验了基于超声导波的断轨检测技术、基于光纤光栅和微波雷达的轨道交通基础结构监测技术,有关成果应用到高速铁路、重载铁路、既有线、地铁的钢轨伤损分析、钢轨型面设计、钢轨打磨作业和现场监测中。
获奖状况
2006年参加的“轨道几何状态质量专家评价系统”项目获上海铁路局科技进步二等奖。
2008年参加的“无缝接头状态控制及养修标准的研究”项目获上海铁路局科技进步二等奖。
2011年参加的朔黄重载铁路延长钢轨使用寿命综合技术措施” 获中国铁道学会科技进步奖一等奖。
2013年主持的“客运专线钢轨铣磨技术的研究”获上海铁路局科技进步二等奖
